Delivery

• All items will be dispatched as soon as the payment is cleared into our account
• Customer will have options on delivery (UK delivery price is written on product page) and can decide on these at the checkout point.
  PO Boxes are not permitted.
• Our deliveries are being sent out out from Mon to Fri. Usual shipping time is 2-3 days, however please allow for up to 7 days, as shipping time will vary depnding on the item.
• IF DELIVERY IS NEEDED URGENTLY, PLEASE LET US KNOW OR ASK BEFORE ORDERING, AS WE MAY BE ABLE TO FAST TRACK THE DELIVERY.
• Shipping charges are determined by the weight as well as the cost of package and delivery.
• If a purchaced item is lost during delivery, www.on24direct.com will either refund the cost of purchase and delivery, or ship a new item at no additional cost (If the ’Royal Mail’ delivery option was selected, please allow up to 14 days before claiming that the item was lost).
• In the event that an item has been returned by the shipping company due to the buyer’s fault (ie. The item wasn’t collected, or for any other reason), the cost of shipping will not be refundable to the buyer, and the buyer will be charged a £12 handling fee, and any additional shipping costs for re-sending the item.

Refund & Full Money Back Guarantee

• A costumer may only return items which are unopened and unused. Cost of the returned item will be refunded in full providing that the item has been returned and received by www.on24direct.com, however delivery costs are non refundable.
• If a purchased item is found to be faulty or damaged when received by the customer– the item can be exchanged for another of the same, or the full purchase and delivery cost refunded (once the faulty item has been returned and received by www.on24direct.com).
• Before the return of an item, Dental Express Ltd must be notified by email. Please email info@on24direct.com and quote your invoice number in all correspondence. After having received a reply, post the goods to:

Warranty

• A WARRANTY IS ONLY VALID WITH THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE INVOICE.
• All of our items are brand new, and include a minimum of 1 year manufacturer warranty.
• Most manufacturers will cover the warranty directly (On some products we will cover the 1st year of warranty, with faulty items being replaced if in stock, or otherwise costs will be refunded).
  The costumer is responsible for cover of his side’s cost of delivery, in the event that an item is to be returned to www.on24direct.com. We will cover the cost of delivery for the replaced item to be sent back to the customer.
