The company Dental Express Ltd is an online business run by two families. We aim to offer the best priced service to our customers worldwide. We started in 2005 with an eBay shop selling mostly electric toothbrushes, including Philips Avent, Sonicare Elite etc. Our business grew by the month, and due to a large turnover on eBay, the company Dental Express Ltd was established in February 2007. After a good year of trading on eBay, we decided to start the online shop. By this time we had a bigger choice of products and in February 2008 our first online shop was up and running - it was nice and simple with a good selection of Baby care and Dental care products from Medela, Philips Avent and Philips Sonicare – Sonicare Elite Series made available for consumers at trade prices.
After one year of trading online we got a better picture of what our customers wanted from the service that we provide. We understood that the existing shop couldn’t offer it all, so we started to look around for a better solution. This hasn’t been easy, as there is a huge choice of different ecommerce solutions in existence. It took us many months of hard work to get everything right.
Today we can proudly announce that we have found the best solution for our costumers. The new shop www.on24direct.com is based on Magento ecommerce software. It is more user friendly, and has many major improvements- both for our customers and for ourselves. We have many more products on display , and keep updating with new products like Elite series , Philips Avent , Medela baby care products as they are introduced are being added to the shop every week.
